2. To enable trainees to have awareness and a positive attitude, to behave as civil servants with morality and ethics, to perform their duties with honesty, fairness, and to have a sense of clean government service.

3. To enable trainees to apply the knowledge they have imparted and to supervise their subordinates to have discipline, morality and ethics in their work.

The target group is 50 people, consisting of the executive committee, Tung Fai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council members, and all staff members, using Wat Tha Tok, Village No. 4, as the project site.
